| Questionnaire |
We will send you a questionnaire which will ask for some basic details about your Big News and give you the opportunity to send a message to the page recipient. We will use this questionnaire to write your headlines and articles.
We will either post or email your questionnaire, and you can complete it in your own time and return it to us.
Alternatively, if you do want to write some or all of your story, just let us know when you order. |

| Sending photographs |
Send as many photos as you want – preferably at least three. Indicate any that you particularly want us to use, and our designer will build the page around them.
You can either:

Email your photographs to us at photos@bignews.co.uk . Scan your photos at a minimum of 150 dpi – the higher the resolution the better. Please bear in mind that lower resolution images may look okay on screen but print poorly. If we have any concerns about the quality of the image we will get in touch. Send your files as .jpeg, .eps or .tif. In the body of the email, please give details of the pictures – who is in them, when they were taken. |

Post your photographs to us in a hard-backed or reinforced envelope – all photographs will be well looked after and returned in a hard-backed envelope by recorded delivery, but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by posting. Include information about who is in the pictures and when they were taken. |

Payment
Payment can currently only be accepted by cheque, made payable to ‘The Big News Company’. We must receive payment before your order is despatched.
All prices are fully inclusive of postage and packing. VAT is not required to be paid on our products. |
Delivery
All products will be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, and will require a signature. If no one is in to receive the delivery, Royal Mail often take products to a sorting office for collection. Please take this into account when giving us your deadline. |
Your Big News page
We print your pages on glossy photo-quality A4 paper, which makes them ideal for framing and displaying. If you require your page to be printed on a different size paper, please ask us.
Pages carry our Big News masthead (the name at the top of the page). However, we can design a different masthead if required, but please bear in mind that we cannot replicate actual newspapers or magazines. |

How long will my page take to arrive?
Pages will take up to two weeks to produce after we receive your photographs, questionnaire and payment. However, please let us know if you need your page earlier than this when you order– we are used to working to tight deadlines and will try to meet your requirements! |
Can I have a subject you haven’t got on your website?
The examples on our website are just that – examples. Each page is individually designed around your Big News, so we will take on any topic you can throw at us! |
What if I want to order more than one page?
If you want two pages, simply fill in the order form twice. Write in the comments section that you are ordering more than one so we can link your orders.
If you require three or more pages, please contact us to discuss our package discounts. |

What if I’ve got an idea for something different?
We have produced four page papers and magazines, huge posters and everything from spoof fishing magazines to corporate advertising. Just get in touch to discuss your idea. |
Can I order copies later?
Yes - your Big News page will be added to our archives and you can contact us in the future for further copies. Please note that small postage and packing charges may have to be added if you order copies separately. |
What will you do with my personal information?
Any information provided during your order will be retained in our records, but will not be passed to any third parties. Click here for our full privacy statement.
